I am working on ARM7 LPC2148 board. I want to know on which clock does the LPC2148 runs when I dont initialize PLL ? External oscillator of frequency 11.059 MHz is connected to the board. Could you please tell me?

Just because it's urgent, the NXP engineers decided to release a processor user manual for your specific chip. The manual lists the register configuration after reset.
