How to do ASSEMBLY programming in KEIL Uvision 5?! for that which board i have to select in Target Options?!
What board or chip do you actually have, might narrow down the options significantly. Failing that pick ARM, and the core in question, it will be at the top of the Device selection list.
Add your code to startup_arch.s
Speak to your teacher or refer to your course notes.
The same way you do it in any other toolchain:
1. Write the code - using the editor;
2. Build the code;
3. Download & run/debug the code.
All the Keil documentation is here: http://www.keil.com/support/man/
Note that each architecture has its own specific assembler - so, beyond the above, this really isn't a "Non-Specific (General)" question.
"which board i have to select in Target Options?!"
The hardware neither knows nor cares what you write your source code in - whether it's assembler, or C, or whatever. Therefore, it makes no difference to the board selection whether you write your source code in assembler, or C, or whatever
If I am using simulator in debugging options.. for that which board have to select a initial stage(while creating project)?
So pick a generic board with the core you plan on using, you can always copy-n-paste the code into another project later, or use a merge tool.
There's no need to insult my intelligence. It is probably higher than yours but even I sometimes need help to start a new task.

I wasn't aware this was a dick measuring exercise, but thanks I'm in the 99th percentile and not an asshole, so perhaps a bit rarer.
Perhaps you can learn to export what's in your head a bit better when you formulate questions, so their scope is better bounded for those without telekinetic powers. Mine are more eidetic so Please read the manual works fantastically well...
