Im using the MCBSTM32C Eval Board.
In it's technical feature you can find following entry:
Stereo CODEC and Amplifier A low-power stereo CODEC with headphone and microphone amplifier. You may use this on-board device for audio applications.
When I'm trying to add the Audio Device with the "Manage Run-Time Environment" in uVision5 I can't find the entry "Audio (API)"
How can I use this feature?

It depends on the inetrface with which audio codec will be communicating.
For this board, it is via USB Device class:
USB:Device:ADC
