I want to enable USB-CDC on AT91SAM7S64 but there was no sample for that. By the way I've tried to use SAM3U sample but it didn't work.
Is there any sample for it? or how else can I do it?

Or may be Atmel has some example based on it in it's own Studio.

When I said "I've tried to use SAM3U" I meant I've tried to alter that project for SAM7S but I couldn't succeed. I would check Atmel studio as you mentioned and write about it's result here.
I've found a good sample for AT91SAM7 family in IAR and it works:)
Now I'm thinking on porting it into keil but I'm not sure whether keil is better for my chip or IAR!? And is it easy to port that?
