I want to develop a USB Keyboard application using Keil IDE, I wanted to know if ARM-MDK professional license is needed to develop the firmware for it?
If you want to use Keil middleware which offers USB Device stack and provides you with simple callbacks to implement your specific handling then yes, if you want to implement USB stack yourself then no.
