HTTP over TLS

Hi,

Does anyone use HTTPS with TLS for secure link between browser and target device?
Is other free library for Keil TCP/IP stack for HTTPS(TLS 1.2)

This third party library is not free for commercial use.
Do you know any free open source library?

mbed TLS (formerly PolarSSL) is available under Apache 2.

I've used this library to implement my own HTTPS server and client.

Does mbed TLS (formerly PolarSSL) is available under Apache 2 does support major RFCs of TLS?
