uVision 9.50 to 9.54a.
Why all keep a silence?
Since the version 9.06 the author of text editor did many mistakes: The fonts don't display correctly, color scheme is wrong, what happen?
This is the author of the new Scintilla based editor: file: a51.prop.def # Define uVision editor settings for A51 Assembler files # Created by Evangelos Ganotopoulos 22 FEB 2012 # Version : Draft
When the dear Keil will be pleased to fix this filth?
Unfortunately this and other prop.def files are still marked as 'Draft'. We will fix this in the next version. What is wrong with these files? When I open a assembly source file in the uVision editor, it displays correctly with the right font and the color of all keywords is correct. How can we duplicate what you are seeing? Please open a support case where you attach a screen capture and all files necessary to duplicate this problem. Please see www2.keil.com/.../silver how to raise a support case.
Hi Hans!
Thank you very much!
There are numerous errors in versions after 9.50, namely: 1/ Courier type won't switch. When chosen, it shifts to Courier New. 2/ The colouring of syntax is careless. 3/ The characters '#' '@' and others are not highlighted in Assembler control statements and in CPU instructions (for example, in MOVX A, @DPTR MOVX and A they were highligthed, and in @DPTR they are not) '@' and '#' are key characters of the Assembler and must be highlighted! 4/ The operators are strangerly reflected as well (i.e., the comma in sources is highlighted and the full-stop is not) 5/ The colouring of the labels, the key words of the user and registers is brought into one group. It is nonsense! 6/ It is impossible to correctly print out the sources - the print review is invalid.
