Problem with trace signal (ETM) on custom board

Hello!

I have a problem with trace signal on my custom board. When I start debugging code with ULINK Pro with enabled ETM I always get error info in command window: Aborted Trace processing: Time information is corrupted. but sometimes trace information is being received. Trace path on board is quite short, and i don't think that any other signal could interrupt it. I tried to slow down processors clock, but with no result. Anyone knows where the problem could be? I will be greatfull for any help.
