Create a new project with µvision 5

Hello,

I am beginner in embedded software, Currently i am trying to create a new project with Keil µvision5.

I use a STM32F429ZI_Discovery_Board to make my application. As I am a beginner, therefore I have several questions about dashboard of µvision5 and How work it ?

I took as a starting point "Blinky.project" then I have tried to make a new project based on
Blinky.

I noticed a difference when I create my new project in "Manage run-time environment" I have checked in the tab DEVICE "Startup".

Then in windows project in my tree I can see a green icon with two files wich call:

-startup_stm32f429xx.s
-system_stm32f4xx.c

Whereas in "Blinky.project" I can find the same two files but the files are presented differently.

These are subfolders that are attached to the Startup folder.

My question is, is there a difference between both ways or no ?
How should I do if I use "Manage run-time environment" ?
