Hi, I've an ULINK 2 for debugging/programming an cortex-m0 processor, it works for a few time but now the reset pin is always at low level, when I try to flash it return this error "Device could not be powered up ". Why? Thanks.
Could you mention which board you are using? It might help to see a schematic of the board. That is to see if some external signal could affect the reset of the board.
Hi, thanks for your reply, is a my tester board but i follow the schematic of mcb2300 for pin reset.
The message may come up if at the "Control Status Register" the settings of the "System Power Up Request" and the "System Power Up Acknowledge" are not set! It is important that the CPU got the required Clock (Power) in time.
