HI, I have keil Version 4.74 and Segger v5.00e after connecting my landtiger board (LPC1768 as developer core and stm32f103c8t6 as debugger chip for j-link). it asked to update the firmware but after that I'm not able to connect to my board and download code to flash memory and says DLL: V5.00e, compiled Jun 23 2015 18:28:39 Firmware: J-Link ARM-OB STM32 compiled Aug 22 2012 19:52:04 Hardware: V7.00 S/N : xxxxxxxx Feature(s) : RDI,FlashDL,FlashBP,JFlash,GDBFull

Here I put the image of options and Error message
I would appreciate if you help me to fix the board
So the processor on the board is non-responsive to JTAG/SWD connectivity...
Would suggest you talk the board vendor, review the board documentation and schematics to understand what your configuration/control options are, and review your chip documentation to understand it's boot and startup options.
Hi....
I think it's ok with SEGGER 4.22a .please test it
Thanks you guys for your reply. I installed the version 4.22a but it doesn't work as well.

Is your JP4 Jumper set to correct state? Do you know which connector/port is for internal debugger, which connector/port is for external debugger?
Do you mean that you were able to use the internal debugger before you upgraded the firmware of the internal debugger?
Yes I use to work with the internal debugger but after updating the firmware(surely changing the version of j-flash and keil software) it doesn't work I haven't change anything in the board. right now the jumper(jp4) is inserted.
Looks like a fake/bootleg Segger, suggest you take this up with LandTiger vendor http://www.powermcu.com/
The original LandTiger board uses some kind of ST-Link for NXP LPC1768. (fake/bootleg) There are quite a number of LandTiger boards which are not manufactured by PowerMCU. (fake/bootleg) I see quite a number of ST-Link V2, ST-Link V2 mini manufactured by third-party, are they fake/bootleg products?
everything in the board seems to be correct and it has been labeled with the openmcu and has serial number. but you might right thanks
I have a Micrium board with this same "J-Link ARM-OB STM32", but it's legitimately licensed. HAOYU and others have sold fake ones, and Segger looks upon this very dimly. You could try using an older driver in case it's been purposely black-listed, or try an external JTAG pod you trust more. Either way, I think that your first call should be to the vendor to understand how/why you've bricked your board.
Looking at the eBay listings, 99.9% of the JTAG pods appear to be bootlegged.
