ARM C/C++ Compiler error. Help please

Dear experts,

I resetup Keil programme on my computer and try to build one of my old projects which worked well.
But now I am not able to rebuild this project again since the error shows up at everytime compiling c file.

It says that :
The Operation of ARM C/C++ Compiler has been stopped.(Translated. I dont know the words exactly in English)

The details -
Name: BEX
application program name: ArmCC.exe
application program version: 5.5.0.106
program stamp: 547650a9
error module name: ArmCC.exe
-- goon --

I tried to change other old and latest versions, I have no idea what this error means and how to solve.
Please help. Thank you.

  • That sounds like a problem of the compiler in combination with your source code.
Can you please send the source code (or the project) that creates the crash to support.intl@keil.com so that we replicate this problem and fix it in the next version.

As work-around I suggest that you select the old compiler as explained here:
    http://www.keil.com/support/man/docs/uv4/uv4_armcompilers.htm

MDK v5.12 and higher include both the v5.04u2 and the V5.05 compiler.
The compiler version can be easily selected in Project - Options for Target - Target
