Hello, I need a help. I m not good at microcontrollers I want to know if there is any way that I can glow a led by any micro controller when I send ny sort of string at usb port of my laptop. it is obvious that microcontroller is attached to computer via a usb cable. "basic usb interfacing"

Yes, a microcontroller can be programmed to receive stuff over USB and to react to it.
Some microcontrollers have the USB capability built in; others would require it to be added externally.
Keil has example for some of the Keil boards called HID. This program will require using a PC executanle program delivered in Keil Directories and the HID microcontroller example program. The HID program will glow LEDs via the PC GUI Program.
May I have any tutorial or some thing so I that I may do it by my self... please help it is urgent thank you in advance

Probably the simplest & quickest way to do this for someone who is "not good at microcontrollers" is to use a USB-to-UART converter; eg,
www.ftdichip.com/.../USBTTLSerial.htm
This provides a connection as a COM port on your PC straight to the UART of your microcontroller.
Your tasks on the microcontroller are then:
1. Learn how to turn an LED on & off;
2. Learn how to receive data on the UART;
These are both standard, basic tasks on any microcontroller - there is no shortage of tutorials & examples.
3. Put the above two together to control the LED in response to the received data,
