Hello, i would like to "start" with arm microcontroler,
-IDE : MDK-5 evaluation release -PROBE : STLINK/V2
but for the developpement board i need one with STM32-F2 mcu, the targeted processor is exactly the STM32F205, but i don't know what board i can use, the NUCLEO seems perfect to start but i don't find one with F2 processor.
can someone advice me for an eval board ?

All of Keil's boards are listed in the Products pages of this website.
To find ST boards, go to the ST Website! Go to the page for the STM32F205 and it will tell you what tools - including boards - are available for it.

Consider using an F4, and using a subset of the function/speed. They are practically identical.
Others get low cost boards (DISCO/NUCLEO) and remove/replace the chip on the board.

Why NUCLEO board exist for all stm32 arm microcontroler but NOT for F2 familly ? it's crazy ?, is there a reason ?
Probably very low demand, is there some feature of the F2 you can't emulate by just running slower, or ignoring features?
They also don't build Nucleo's with L151 or the encrypting parts.
People usually start with the highest spec part, figure out what speed/features they want and then buy the cheapest part meeting those requirements. I use F205's on several boards, none of which need floating point hardware, it's not like they are obsolete or unavailable.
If you ask ST they probably don't make any money on the NUCELO/DISCO boards, at the very least nowhere near cover the support costs they generate.
