i want connect two lpc2129 board on i2c (one as master and another as slave). i tried with my own code but its not working. will you please help me to connect two boards.
Based on the _total_ lack of information, it seems that you haven't bothered to do any own debugging/verification to try to figure out what is wrong.
If you can't be bothered to spend some own time on this issue - why should then someone else be bothered to care about your private problems?
how do you know that i'm not bothered on it. actually i tried to interface two boards of lpc2129(i2c) with my own code from the syntax of datasheet, but i cant interface it thats why i need a help from you. i dont know how to allocate address for the slave for that board to transmit data.
So - a tiny bit more information in that second post.
How would anyone - after the first post - know anything about you having problems with addresses?
Are you having problem with specific paragraphs of the datasheet for your processors? Because if the problem is with your source code part, then it's obviously only possible for someone with access to the source code to know what you are doing - or not doing... And even with access to the source code, nobody but you would probably know exactly what you intended to do, since it isn't likely that you have documented your own requirements specifications in the source code.
And your new post does not tell us what you thought the processor user manual specified that an I2C master or I2C slave should do. And it doesn't contain any information about how you tried to fulfill the requirements specification of the processor user manual. So it still does not contain any information that makes it possible for anyone to help you with your problems. And it also still does not contain any information about what you, yourself, has been doing to try to figure out what is wrong and what solutions you have tried.
And there is also no information indicating that you have spent time comparing your code with the available reference code or spent time with any application notes.
