Can we use the ULINK2 degbugger for ARM7 Aduc7026 Quick start Eval board.

As far as I know. It says it's compatible with ARM7 devices, though you should contact Keil to make sure.

I have KEIL ULINK2 debugger will it work with either of AduC7026 eval board.

Analog -Support.
Quick start plus kits include a JTAG emulator that will allow USB connection to the development tools. If you have your own JTAG emulator, the quickstart plus kit is not required.
