MCBSTM32F200 usb high speed CDC connection error

Tool version : uVision V4.72.10.0
EVM Board : MCBSTM32F200 (STM32F207IG)
TEST example : C:\Keil\ARM\Boards\Keil\MCBSTM32F200\RL\USB\Device\RTX\CDC_ACM\VirtualCOM.uvproj

I test USB high speed CDC in MCBSTM32F200.
But, connetion is failed.
I do not understand.
