About Mon51 usage

Dear ALL:
If I use a FPGA to simulate as a 8051,ROM-less,external ram 64k. How can I do next for using Mon51? I have connected and prepared my circuit as Mon51.pdf specified.
but my first issue is how can I download
my code into the RAMs via RS232 directly by Mon51?
Is there any loader needed in the ram first ? Or should I maybe implement a IAP/ISP function in my 8051?
