Flash tool for programming on chip flash on ST10F163 microcontroller

It has 128KB on chip flash. I want to download my application on flash. I searched on the net and found a flash tool Flash166.exe for ST10F163 to program the flash. But I am facing some problems while programming. It is saying "Timeout,boot mode not active" though I have set the hardware in to boot loader mode. I am working on one more project where I use ST10F269 microcontroller from ST. There I am using ST10Flasher tool to program the onchip flash. There I dont have any problems in programing. So I would like to know if there is any other tool/utility for programming the flash in ST10F163 other than Flash166.exe. Thanks & Regards, Naina

Please check your ST10F163 manuals... Bruno
