Can that be right?

Hello, just a question about Keil updates:
I was trying to install the new update to C166 / 4.06
(I have version 4.03), and I have to find out that for this minor update,
my company would have to pay $699.00, because my support period
ended in September 2000?
I could understand this if it would be a major update to version 5, but
just to get the latest bugfix?
Sounds a bit much to me!
