Have you looked on the manufacturer's website for application notes, examples, evaluation/development boards, etc? Go to the 'Products' page on this site for evaluation downloads - and be sure to read the limitations carefully. You will also find serial comms examples in the downloads section here. Request the free Keil CD - as well as the demo tools, it has a wealth of app notes, datasheets, links, etc.
