External RAM interface on MCB2929

Hi Everyone,

I am using MCB2929 Eva. Board comprising LPC2929 MCU from NXP.
I want to map heap memory to external RAM (1MB).

When I am using only internal RAM. Everything is fine. I receive printfs on Hyper Terminal.

But when I select external RAM along with Iternal RAM in Project Option (Targe Tab), and compile the code I do not receive any prntf statements on my hyper terminal. It is not working with only external RAM too.

Is there any one who have worked with Ex. RAM on MCB2929 board?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

It is done. Static Memory Controller needs to be reconfigured. In startup provided by ARM there is minor correction. Write and Read cycles are given as 6, which needs to be set as 2.
