USB device for lpc2388

Hi, I have LPC2388 ARM7 board.I want to implement USB device.Hardware design is such that D+ & D- of USB connector goes to D+ & D- of micro controller as well as mic2555(transceiver).I do not have provision to pull up D+ using softconnect after initialization. So I am trying pulled it up using mic2555 but it is not working.Please guide me..

D+ can be pulled up using mic2555(or ISP1301/transceiver).It will work..
