After I tried to build my code the following message keeps occurring,

Please help
How can we?
We don't know what environment you try to use.
We only know that your environment failed to locate a specific application.
So have you made sure you do have that binary? Do you have access rights to it? Is it in one of the directories that the build system is scanning? Is it the binary that the build system really should use? Have you installed all parts of the tools?
Please help yourself by actually telling us what you have done to try to figure out what this problem can be.
The GCC toolchain is missing or not properly configured in uVision.
Check your settings under Menu Project -> Manage -> Components, Environment and click on Folder/Extensions Tab.
