When I intsall the latest MDK it stalls while installing m_ts.l
into C:\Keil\ARM\RV31\LIB\armlib
The file just keeps getting larger (>70GB) until my hard disk
runs out of space.
I tried an update install (over an older version) and a fresh
install to a new directory, but both fail the same way
I tried the Windows 7 option of installing in XP compatibility
mode bit that fails the same way too.

RE: MDK 4.5 intsall fails

I have the same issue. Fills my disk >100GB and fails. Looks
like it's corrupting something because it takes a disk scan to
reclaim the space.
Anyone know what's wrong?

Even I am facing the same issue.
I have downloaded the MDK-ARM V4.53.exe from the Keil web site.
However while installation it gives an error half way through of
installation as below:
"Check sum is corrupted. The installation needs to be stopped"
Tried to uninstall the previous version and reinstalled the new
version.
Still the same error persists.
Can someone from the Keil reply to the post.
Thanks

Sounds like a corrupted download - so have you tried to download
it again. Make sure you don't download with a caching program that
"helps" you by deciding that it's the same binary so no new download
needed...
