Real Time Clock Synchronization

Hi All,
Can any one help me on Synchronizing Real Time Clock with GPRS Network provider or Server???

I have interfaced a GPRS modem to ARM LPC2378 over serial port(say UART2). Now I need to send some command (or use some protocol like NTP or SNTP if possible) in my application for synchronizing the ARM LPC2378's time with GPRS network provider's or Server's Time.

There is no universlly-available way to get time from the GSM or GPRS service.
If your service provider offers some specific facility then you will, obviously, have to consult you service provider about that!

As for NTP, it is a standard protocol; it has nothing specifically to do with ARM or GPRS - so just google it...
