Debuging from uVision with STlink is not the same as with ULINK2.
But in what way(s)?
Having accused the ST-Link of being, "very limited", I think you should be able to justify & quantify that statement?

I think not having the same experience may not be sufficient to justify moving to a different tool.
Andrew is right: if you think stlink is very limited, you should be able to articulate the limitations and how they could be addressed by moving to ulink.
