1) Before you take on advanced tasks, you should make sure your equipment is in good working order. We have detected a keyboard malfunction - for some reason the keyboard caps-lock key seems to be broken. This must be fixed before continuing with the project, since C is case-sensitive and having lower-case keywords!
2) Different memories have different methods of programming.
3) Different memories have different methods of interfacing with the processor.
4) You are designing - you did select your components based on the information found in datasheets? These datasheets should contain the required information for interfacing and programming the memories.

Apart from an apparent inability to use the CAPS LOCK key correctly, what problem, exactly, do you have?
Note that, as already stated, 'C' is case-sensitive - so the ability to use the CAPS LOCK key correctly is essential to 'C' programming...
