hi there, im new on this board. i found an example http_demo that can be used for accessin the mcbstm32c board from the pc via ethernet. the example is precompiled, i dont need to compile it to load on board. my question is: when i want to make any little changes and press the compile button on uVision, it doesnt compile and gives me this error: EXCEPTION 0021H: PATH OR FILE NOT FOUND what does this error mean? should i learn cgi? how can i access board through ethernet as i want? i would be thankful if anyone could help. thanks...
It means exactly what it says!
EXCEPTION 0021H: PATH OR FILE NOT FOUND
You know what a "path" is; you know what a "file" is; you know what "not found" means; you just put them together into a sentence, "path or file not found" - the meaning should be clear.
If you look at the entire output, does it not mention what file or path it was looking for...?
thanks for response. i only want to compile the code i edited. which file is it talking about? can you please tell something about why it isn't compiling? i have necessary lybrary files...
But you said in your original post:
"the example is precompiled, i dont need to compile it"
In fact the reason that it is precompiled is that you cannot compile it unless you have a full, paid-for Keil licence - including the TCP/IP support.
Do you have such a licence?
"which file is it talking about?"
Doesn't the rest of the text in the uVision output window tell you that?
