I am currently having this problem with µvison 3 , the "create HEX file" option is disabled in my target options. I am trying to get the hex file of a demo which should be build with the ARM tools (ADS 1.2). ADS 1.2 is well installed and i can find fromelf.exe in the ARM BIN repertory. This option is ok when i change to Keil ARM tools, but unfortunately i am obliged to use ARM tools :(
what do you suggest?

I would call fromelf.exe
It is included in the Keil package.
In keil under project -options for target- user, on run after build, invoke fromelf.
