Using Freescale's i.MX233 in Keil uVision4

Hi,

I am using Freescale's i.MX233 evaluation board with Keil uVision 4. While creating project which target i need to choose? No i.MX233 in Freescale's product list or No ARM926EJ-S in ARM list when choosing target options.

If i want to use external memory for code and data storage, how to write initialization code and what are the settings i need to use.

Please help me........................
