iam using LPC2148 in my project and this controller doesnt hav inbuilt ethernet controller. Can anyone suggest which ethernet controller would b suitable? so that i can interface with the arm and transfer data to a pc..

Any reason why you don't just choose a processor that does have an inbuilt ethernet controller?!
