I tried that one also but invain .Interrupt is not generating . any other modifications to do any other idea

Exactly what did you try?
I said you needed to modify the IRQ entry point - In what way did you modify it?

Your original code only attempted to configure the timer. Do you also configure the interrupt controller?
Yes I have enabled the MIC registers also . I kept the same name of IRQ_Handler in my ISR also
