I need to validate the flash code,and my flash is from 0x0800000 to 0x08040000.When i get a valid intel hex file,i use hex2bin.exe to create a binfile. The command sets as follow D:\Keil\ARM\BIN40\HEX2BIN.EXE ram.hex /Q,it creates a bin file ,but the address from 0x08000000 to 0x10003fff0 are all paded with 0xff
