Hello,
I have installed the latest Code size limited version of your MDK-ARM on Win XP. I am using a STM32-Discovery board.
My problem is the Flash download of my project:
When I run download as "normal" user I get the ErrorMessage (PopUp) which says: "No STLink detected!" (ST-LINKIII-KEIL).
When I do the same as a user with "Admin" permissions everything works properly.
Where can I find and fix the problem?
Best Regards Hello,
Best Regards Andreas

Note that this is an end-user forum.
If you need to get in contact with Keil support, you should use any of the contact/suppport links available on this web site.
You have "Support" in the top menu, and "Contact" in the page footer.
You should also contact ST support - in case the problem is with the ST Link itself, rather than Keil...
Hello Andreas,
I have the same setup and exactly the same issue. Did you solve it ?
Best Regards
Julien
Hallo,
I have also got the same problem.
I have installed MDK-ARM 4.14 and use the board STM32VLDISCOVERY. If I like to flash the compiled progrm, I get a pop up error "no STlink detected"
I am stuck because, I cannot install the MDK-ARM to be used by all users administrator!
Did you get a solution any solution?
Thank for help
Dominic
Then why not follow the same suggested course of action:
1. Contact Keil support;
2. Contact ST support.
Then you can be the first to report your findings here...
I have a similar issue with MDK 4.20.03.0, i get a popup message "failure loading STLinkUSBDriver.dll" (when i try without admin permissions).
Hi, I had similar problems on my desktop PC, but ST-Lik Utility worked fine. So I tried STLinkUSBDriver.dll from ST-Link Utility. The original file (Keil\ARM\STLink) version was 4.2.2.0, language Polish and version from ST-Link Utility is 4.0.1.2, language English (United States). After this file replacement debugging works properly.
