I have 3 Ulink2 Progammers (P/N ULA-0007A) that we use to upload and debug firmware for a device with ARM Cortex microcontroller LM3S1968-IBZ50-A2. Only one of three programmers any computer works fine, but when we attach one of the other two programmers, we get "No JTAG device" found when trying any communication to the device. We have multiple offices so we're trying to use one programmer per computer instead of taking the same programmer to every computer. Under Projects --> Options for Target -->Debug --> Settings the serial number for each programmer is recognized when it is plugged in. Is there some setting I'm missing?

It turns out that the plastic plug on the 3-pin connector in the center of the board was set near the "ARM" marker instead of near the "3,3V" marker we used on our original Ulink2 device. Communication is now working. This issue is closed.
