Ez-usb download monitor problem

hello,
i'm using the Keil nision2 for developing a firmware to a Cypress controller.
I'm using the Ez-usb development board, and i'm trying to download the monitor to the development board and work in debug mode.
the monitor is downloaded, but i can not work in debug mode.
I think that i don't download the monitor to the right place in the memory, because when i'm trying to write to the memory the debug stop (i'm writing using the memset debug function).
can you help me config my monitor?
