New! Memory mismatch when starting debug

Hi,

I develop the board with STR912FAZ44H6. The software I use is keil MDK 3.4. It works fine. After I replace STR912FAZ44H6 with STR912FAW44X6, I can download the program and the new board runs OK. However, I got the error "memory mismatch, address: 0x00000000, value = 0xFF, expected = 0x33" when I start to debug with the new board. Can anybody give me some suggestions? I greatly appreciate any inputs.

Thanks

Lillian
