New! Adding Silicon Labs Si1000 to device list

I am trying to add the Silicon Labs Si1000 in the list of devices in uVision 4. Silicon Labs has a driver for uVision that is supposed to provide the Si1000 support. I have downloaded and run the installation but the Si1000 device still does not show up in the device database.

New! RE: Adding Silicon Labs Si1000 to device list

This device is not yet added to the Keil Device Database.

You will have to add it manually.

http://www.keil.com/support/docs/1421.htm

The Keil tools will work with the SI1000 device - Si Labs provides examples for this device that compile using the Keil compiler here:

http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/pages/Si1000DK.aspx

click on the 'AN474SW: Si10xx Code Examples'

Also, if you are using the Keil IDE, with the Silicon Labs EC2 hardware, you will need the Silicon Laboratories, Inc. uVision Driver for SiLABS Debug Hardware
