 unable to connect altera USB blaster

It shows "Unable to load driver 'd:\Keil\ARM\BIN\ABLSRCM.dll' with possible reasons as
1. Driver dll could not be found in the specified path
2. Driver dll requires additional dlls, whicha are not installed
3. Required hardware drivers are not installed

But i have installed altera USB blaster driver and my device manager shows the Altera USB Blaster installed in it.
I am using Keil MDK 4.10.

I had the same issue previously.
It got right some how. But i would like to know what are those dependent dlls. I got it right by reinstalling a later version.
is that the correct thing to do.

Hi John, Thanks for the response. but i'm using a licensed version and my keil version is 4.10. i can't find a newer version for the keil. i;m able to connect ULINK2, but not altera USB blaster. i think its some change in the dll for this version.

Can anyone help us out. i'm actually waiting for a break through in this issue, as i'm not able to proceed.
