Trying to drive an LCD with Port 2. Cannot alter states of bits 6 & 7. Their "dead" when the LCD is disconnected and held high when it is connected. In the past I assembled an AT89C51 using this port and the exact same LCD. The only difference is I'm flashing this device in the MCBX51.
