Flash_Scratch

Can I change some value in the upper 128-byte Flash memory directly by the way of change in memory window, not by the code written in "C"?
What does the following warning message mean: "Adress is not memory range of current device. The valid adress range is 0x000000 to 0x000080"? This warning message appears when I open Flash memory window.

Thnak you very much.
