Need help with uVision4.01 and LPC2148

I've installed uVision 4.01 with GNU compiler. I've followed the steps in uVision 4.01 User Guide and done an example code (blinky) but when I've tried to build the project I've received the following error message : failed to execute 'C:\Cygnus\ArmAsm'. Can anyone help me with this? maybe I'm doing something wrong... Thanks.
