Sorry about confusion (it was my first time to attend this forum). The problem with ATOCD51 and AT89C51RE2 target is that BATCHISP can not initialize OCD. If I tried to connect once (OCD failed), it was possible to connect bootloader without OCD parameter specified (device has been synchronized and has reported BL version version). Memory operation functions are thus inoperable. Ny conclusion is that bootloader has been switched to OCD com channel (although OCD initialization has failed).

Hello, Te Xtal must be higher than 4MHz
You need to use Atmel's FLIP and set the boot reset vector (BRV) to 7 for emulation. See your Atmel data sheet. I struggled with this for a while until Atmel admitted their documentation was lacking.
