MONITOR ERROR 3 and 6

Hello. Help me please on the follwing situation:
I'm trying to follow a tutorial using kitCON-161 and kitCAN-LCD eval boards. After I built the uVision3 project, I run the MONITOR with "Start/Stop Debug Session" 2-3 times.
After that, at starting of Debug with MONITOR the following error apear:

*** MONITOR ERROR 3: CANNOT WRITE TO ADDRESS E700FA
*** MONITOR ERROR 3: CANNOT WRITE TO ADDRESS E700FA

and, if I select the option of debug "Run to main()" :

*** MONITOR ERROR 3: CANNOT WRITE TO ADDRESS E700FA
*** MONITOR ERROR 3: CANNOT WRITE TO ADDRESS E700FA
*** MONITOR ERROR 6: CANNOT WRITE BREAKPOINT

I specified the "External Memory" from "Options for Target" like in the Hardware manual:
RAM 0x0 - 0x10000
ROM 0x10000 - 0x13800
