ARM abort handler

As I ran into my first abort recently, I started to look around for resources on that topic. I found this article to be very interesting:

It was written by Mr Roger Lynx, who contributes in this forum as well.
This article refers to a C-sourcefile named dabt.c. Unfortunately I was not able to google that file. Does anyone know where to get it or can provide it?
