unhandled execption

Hi!

I got an unhandled execption while linking my project. The error code is Q0128E: File i/o failure.

ÂµVision3 V3.60
RL MDK 3.20
Real Time Library V3.21

NXP LPC2378

Does anyone know a reason? What is he meaning of this error code? What should I do?
