At first I didn't want to reply due to the vagueness of your question (I suspect many here feel the same). Solving a problem of an embedded system is more than just posting your hardware profile (like you do when your first person shooter does not work...). It is very possible that YOUR software is to blame. Have you even considered that? Provide more details and maybe somebody will be able to help you.
uVision3 crash when starting debug mode with ulink2, means that when I push the button to start the debug mode, uVision3 crash.
What kind of details details can I provide ?
Even if I try to debug the Blinky sample project µVision3 crash.....
