New! Debugger in uVision3 V3.62c can not load AXF file

Hi,

Yesterday I received an EK-LM3S8962 evaluation board and wanted to use it with the uVision3 V3.62c that I downloaded last week. However, after flashing the application the debugger is unable to load the AXF file and stops with the following error:

Error: Could not load file 'xxx.AXF'
Debugger aborted !

I have no issues with the EK-LM3S811 board I have.

I've tried it with uVision V3.60e that came on the CD of the kit and there it works.

Any idea what could be going wrong?

Please find below the info of both uVision3 versions.

Thanks,

Ronald
