I am looking for 8051 core based micro controller with two uarts. Seems like it does not exist.

Look for Dallas Semiconductor's DS80C320, DS87C520, or Winbond's W77E58.
They all have two Uarts.

Whatever makes you think that?
As you can see from the replies so far, there are literally dozens!

Try the parametric search in the Device Database:

Or try a Trisced E5 - and get a virtually unlimited number of UARTs:

I think that for the time, he got several good responses within 2-3 hours. (Dallas and Infineon). At that time, there weren't as many 8051 choices as there are today.

It also shows that people do read all those old message threads.
